Synopsis

“The Golden Cage” is a mythical musical comedy about a Bird-Person, Boris, who’s on a worldwide quest to find the legendary Golden Cage – the ultimate symbol of security.  After a lifetime of searching, Boris finally finds the glorious cage only to discover there’s someone living inside it: Alphea, a grumpy, reclusive Diva – who says the cage is a prison made of cement and iron.

The Golden Cage is a story of isolation, perception, freedom and ambition.  It’s about the powerful illusions that trap us in our own minds … and the one thing that can set us free.

“The Golden Cage” is Mythical Musical Comedy for multi-generational audiences (family friendly, ages 8+)
